Outbound360 was established in 2018 out of a deep desire on the part of our founder to elevate the level of customer service within the trades. We started with a small team of Outbound CSRs, focusing on quality experience and strengthening relationships with our clients’ customer base. Soon after our launch, we recognized the need for an inbound call center that would do more than just take a message. We strive to provide a wow experience on every call, ensuring that customers feel understood, appreciated, and reassured that their homes and families are in good hands. At the beginning of 2023 we became Service Titan Certified Provider, and began offering optimization services to both current and new clients. Our exclusively US-based agents now provide services for over 30 clients throughout the US and Canada.
