When your office closes for the day, we take over completely. After booking an after hours job (based on whatever criteria you have given us), we will call the on-call technician and dispatch him directly from your CRM - no need to bother an on-call manager unless we are unable to reach a technician or there are additional questions!
Our CSRs are trained using the time-tested principles from Power Selling Pros. They listen, empathize, ask questions, reassure the customer, build value, and show gratitude so every call is a wow experience. They are also trained to utilize urgency list and backup plan strategies to book every possible job.
Rather than charging per minute, we allow our CSRs to focus on building quality relationships with your customers. You pay a monthly base fee, and then charges for booked jobs and non-convertible calls.
